Hotwork and Hellboy II

For a band I never heard of until 6 months ago, I went to and enjoyed a Coldplay concert with my GF as a aniversery present. (That's right. Up until May 15 2008 I had no clue who Coldplay was. I thought I was paying nearly $200 for tickets for a topical sports ointment).

The concert was good, but I finally saw Hellboy II this weekend. I liked it. But just before seeing it I came across Sockbaby 4. I was a fan of the first 3 Sockbaby, but this one is so far the best. This movie is what happens when awesome people with awesome (confusing) senses of humor have free time .

It features Doug Jones of Hellboy fame, and Jon Heder of Napolean Dynamite fame. And there are other people who are likewise awesome.

.....omg, I love your art more than water, sir. You should definitely draw a picture of Ben Carmine from Gears of War 2. .____. Not that I would ever ask you to separate your time on a request from a markedly lazy artist who still owes you work, but your art is so fantastic, I wish I could inject it into my veins and power my heart on it.

Hmm, well I do love Carmine, but I could never pass up the chance to see one of my original designs in another artist's hand. I know Zebesians are not horribly simple to draw, but seeing Jolly in your style would just melt me inside, haha. Or, maybe a shot at Damon and/or Lloni? : ) Oh goodness, it's totally yer' choice, MD! You are such a remarkable artist, anything you choose is going to take my breathe away.
